Premier Decks

Premier Decks lived up to their name. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Once the project was underway progress was swift and our new deck was completed in 4 working days including removal of the old deck.

I only hired them because they stated they are a veteran owned company. I am a RETIRED veteran. I just want this company to know that they have hurt a fellow veteran. I find this disgusting and disgraceful. I recently had a child and dealing with these types of issues caused a struggle for my family. I strongly urge you NOT to hire this company. They were very prompt until we signed the contract, and they cashed our check. I signed the deal July 14th, we had a planning meeting on July 17th, and my check was cashed July 18th for the job to be completed ASAP. They advised they would start the following week, but this did not happen. The next time I saw anyone after July 18th was on August 14th. The last day he came on site was August 17th. Daniel showed up a total of 3 times since cashing the check July 18th. In those 3 occasions, he was on site a total of 10 hours minus his lunch breaks. I heard every excuse they could think of, and most of the time it didn't line up. I felt like there was nothing I could do since they had so much of my money. I honestly hoped they would complete the job. The only reason I believe they came on August 14th is that they knew my anger. So they broke down my old stairway to my yard and did some framing. I have had nothing else completed. Now I have a fire hazard because I cannot access my backyard through the back door. IF Premier Decks had completed my job, I most likely would not have done a review although they caused us a lot of hassle; I just wanted my deck and them out of my life. Thinking about it now that is the wrong way to think because some one else would have suffered as we have. Daniel told me that he was BEHIND on jobs because his crew left on him. He stated they also did not do great work on the decks and he had to go back and fix previous jobs. It was just one excuse after another. I believe if someone would have commented about Premier Decks and the problems they were having I would not have hired them for my job. I sure hope this post helps you make an educated decision.

This is a husband and wife team. They work well with the customer and do an excellent job, maybe a little slow, but a good job. Besides decks, they have other skills that should help in other jobs you may have.

Chad at Premier Deck was very professional and hired a great team. He kept in touch throughout the entire process with emails, texts, or phone calls. They showed up on time (or called to tell me why they were running late), worked hard all day, left the worksite clean at the end of the day, and built a beautiful deck....and at a very reasonable price!! I would highly recommend Premier Deck & Patios.

They are a young veteran owned company which is why I hired them. Cherish was always very available to take calls and kept us informed during the entire process, even when there were some delays because of weather etc. The finished product is simply beautiful and the workmanship is rock solid.

While Premier Decks is a young company and is family owned and run (Cherish makes the initial calls and estimates while Daniel does the construction with a couple of helpers), I give them high marks for communication, professionalism, and craftsmanship. They were open to suggestions while still providing expert advice. Their price was a tremendous value (I got 6 quotes before deciding) and the work was completed satisfactorily in a few weeks. They went above and beyond what they promised; there were hidden conditions beneath the old deck they replaced, and they didn't ask for additional money to take care of the conditions. I'd definitely use them again!

We had a great experience with Daniel & Cherish at Premier Decks. We had great communication throughout the building process. Daniel is very skilled and handled our difficult project with ease. The result is a beautiful, well-crafted, and kid-friendly deck that we are very happy with. We now view our backyard as an extension to our home, when before it was a hazard and haphazardly cobbled together DIY project. Their price was well below competitors and the product was absolutely top of the line. We are very happy with this company and will happily recommend them!

What is beautiful about his approach; he listens to your ideas, studies it, and presents how he will do it. It is refreshing because you can look at all of the ideas and plan things out accordingly to get things set up.
