Very good service, good advice and fixed the problem with our AC. Will use the services in future, and recommend others.

Called Ray and he set a time and showed up at that time on a Saturday. A/C was not working at all, just the inside fan would come on. He took a look and within 45 min mentioned that the a/c compressor was bad. I mention that the unit was about 9-10 year old. Ray reached for his phone and looked at the manufacturer web site and mention that the ac motor was still under warranty. Ray mention that he would contact manufacturer on Monday and would get back to me when he would have the compressor. It was Thursday when he returned a call saying that the following Tuesday he would come by to replace the ac compressor. Tuesday Ray and his crew came and replace the unit. Now Sunday and the unit is working great…. I did reach out to Ray and mention to him that the new ac compressor is a lot quieter than the old unit…… He charged me a fair price for labor.

He serviced both our AC systems, went into the attic to inspect the blowers and cleaned both condenser units outside. We will use them for all our HVAC needs moving forward. Great service.

Awesome experience. Had hired Ray to move my sinking Air conditioner to another place, so my association can raise the land. I received three other quotes, all of them double or more than what Ray quoted me. It was a rush job and he accommodated my urgent request inspite of being very busy, to disconnect and reconnect it in new place. He is very courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable about the job. I would definitely recommend Ray.

Ray's HVAC exceeded all of my expectations! First Isaiah expertly diagnosed my problem was my Air Handler since the Condenser was still in good shape. Other companies wanted to change out the entire AC System and wanted to charge me several thousand dollars more as a result. Isaiah is a true technician who wanted to solve my problem for the least cost to me! Ray's HVAC called me later the same day to complete the install the very next day! The air handler perfectly matched my condenser to ensure it would work well together! I don't think there are many HVAC companies other than Ray's HVAC that can deliver a great solution at a great price and that fast! I have a lot of confidence in the Ray's HVAC Team! Ray came right over and provided a simple Ray cam right away and was able fix to my air conditioner problem, and for a reasonable price. He was very pleasant, informative and easy to work with My system is quite old and won’t last a lot longer but the fix bought me a few years. I would recommend him to anyone?

On one of the hottest days of the season, my central air stopped blowing out cold air. I contacted Ray’s HVAC around 9:00am and was able to get an appointment for later that afternoon. I was relieved! Everything was fixed by 3:30pm. Ray and his technicians are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would hire them again.

Cost seemed to be ridiculously expensive. The cost is why I would not refer anyone to them, nor will I use them again for this reason

Yes the work was done well and efficiently, our ACs are working well now.

Responded quickly to request. Came to unit ready to work and got right to it after discussing problem. This was the first time I ever needed a repair service like this and it went well.

Isaiah, the service technician from Ray’s, did routine annual maintenance on my central air. My prior contractor retired and I had not had this done in a couple of years. Isaiah was through and answered my questions and concerns. I will be happy to use Ray’s services again.

The tech new his trade , called let me know what time they were going to arrive .. fixed the problem.and didn’t try to sell me on a yr to 2 yr contract… it’s nice …being a tech myself in another field where a tech comes figures out the the problem and fixes it .. Great job … definitely recommend

My heating system wasn’t working properly, so I put the job at Angie’s list and Ray was the first one to call, very professional and he sent his tech (Isiah) right away and was able to remedy the issue in a timely manner. Very happy with the service with Ray’s HVAC and Isiah. Saving their contact details as my HVAC guy from now on.

Ray service was professional and answered all my questions. Would definitely hire them again. And the price was reasonable.

Work was fixing the wires for 2 smart Thermostat. Was charge $175 each, I thought that was definitely excessive

Professional, punctual, reasonable price!

I was having a problem with my air conditioning. The thermostat was blank. I called Ray?s HVAC. They came over and identified the problem. Then they came back two days later and fixed it. Everything is working fine now. I would use them again and recommend them to people I know.
