Ron did a great job repairing my carpet. He was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I did a lot of research and spoke with several other people before choosing Ron, and my carpet was not easy to repair because of the pattern. Ron arrived on time and worked very professionally. After he finished the patch, I honestly couldn?t even tell where the repair was?it blended in perfectly. The final result was exactly what I expected: clean, seamless, and professional.
