About us
Seattle Permit Services has over 20 years in the permit expediting, facilitating and consulting field for homeowners and contractors. We work within the tri-county areas of King, Pierce and Snohomish County and assist with a variety of permits including light construction and mechanical (commercial and residential). Recommended tips for Angi's List customers: When seeking for services from a Permit Expediting/Facilitating company, please provide as much information as possible relating to the property location (city/county), what type of property it is (commercial/residential). And, clearly describe what type of work you hope to accomplish, and what phase you are in (how prepared are you - do you have drawings and other professionals helping you?). More details will get a better response. If you are just shopping around and looking to find out if you need a permit or the costs, please contact your local permit authority for your city or county. Thank you.
