I used GK for my annual warranty inspection. GK is very knowledgable and very thorough, he spent good amount of time checking every part of the house and explained the actual working and the fault in detail. He even took all the pictures of the house/appliances (even if they are not faulty) proactively and shared it with me so I can have them for future. The report was also very detailed and the builder did not have any questions. I would hihgly recommend GK for inspection work.
