I just got new flooring and needed new baseboard. So I hired Frank at S&W construction. I ask him to taped the floors before he painted. He totally disregarded my suggestion and got paint all over the floor. The miter corners are off, one was so bad he scrapped the entire piece. He then broke my window sill and did not want to replace it. Told me he is not responsible for something so old. Used up caulk I supplied on my walls where I had drywall fixes. So I had to peel all the caulk off to fix the drywall patches. Then told me he needs more caulk. The last day After the walk through to show him what needs to be fixed and clean up. He kept making remarks about the window sill. Then came very belligerent with me when I asked him to cut it out. I gave him many chances to make the project right and fix the damages. But his name calling and cursing shows how nonprofessional he is. Do not pay him upfront you will regret it in the long run. See pictures!

"This guy didn't send me the deposit we agreed on, he was in a rush so i started the job anyways because i give people the benefit of the doubt too often. When i was 85% done and had a few touch ups to do, as well as i had to replace 1 4" piece that got damaged being put in. I requested that the deposit be paid or we couldn't continue doing any work. He then found out i was putting a mechanics lien on his property, and this is the result. this is my first bad review in like 6 years."

Frank and his crew were polite well mannered and neat. The prices were reasonable and the work was exceptional. Frank and his crew are able to take on any home improvement task. We have a unit in oviedo, and after a dishwasher leak damaged our lower kitchen cabinet, we needed to have it replaced. Frank handled the job for us, and we couldn’t be happier. He is honest, responsible, and truly professional. He works efficiently, pays attention to details, and even gave us many helpful suggestions along the way. Very unprofessional.just sent me a bunch of disrespectful texts and even though hes been paid hasnt even finished the job yet .im still missing a kitchen shelf because he put in a piece of plywood.i had to repair things he broke while at my home out of my own pocket. Told me he doesnt give a f*** if i give him a bad review.so here it is!

"The customer was a nightmare from day 1 I bent over backward trying to make him and his wife happy. Even after I had them sign a paper saying they were happy with the granite install, they then proceeded to try and tell me it wasnt the right color 3 days later......... even though they went to the yard and picked this specific slab themselves.......... they just wanted something for free so I finally caved and gave them a $700 credit towards the granite. And this bogus statement about not finishing the kitchen is bologna, he paid me in full the day I finished absolutely everything. After I was paid the reduced amount, I told him how messed up."

We are so pleased with the work Frank did in our kitchen! His renovation of our counter tops resulted in a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen, his product advice and customer service was second to none, his work ethic gave us new granite kitchen counter tops in a record 12 days from estimate to completion, and his professionalism and integrity should be a standard for others in the construction business. I hired Frank to lay tile in my home and there are at least 60 tiles that are loose or hollow under neath, one of his guys came out to start grouting and he looked confused and I asked him why he looked confused and he said some of the tiles are loose and hollow and I can't grout and I am trying to get a hold of Frank to let him know, Frank came by and I stopped the work and I cancelled the check because I feel that Frank will not complete the work properly based on what I have seen

Promptly contacted when request for bids went out. Arrived promptly. Worked quickly. Were polite. Cleaned up when done. I would definitely use them again & recommend to others. Total cost was a little higher then expected. Wanted crown molding hung & Job was priced by linear foot. I assumed it was linear foot hung, since we supplied the wood. But final bill was for linear foot bought for job & included 9 feet not used. I should have clarified before job started
