I had an excellent experience with SZ Home Construction?.
They completed the chimney maintenance, cleaning, and painting professionally and at a very reasonable price. The work was finished on time, and the quality exceeded my expectations.
What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and respect for cleanliness ? they cleaned the entire area thoroughly after finishing the job, leaving everything neat and organized.
Their team was polite, calm, and very easy to deal with. They worked smoothly and quietly without creating unnecessary noise or disturbance, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free.
I also appreciated their professional and legal payment process through bank checks, which added an extra level of trust and reliability.

Deck or Porch - Repair
SZ was great! Haider and his crew were professional, reliable, and highly skilled. We had porch stairs that were rotting to the point of being dangerous. They provided a quote with two days of my initial request and started the project within days. After just two days of work we have brand new, sturdy porch steps. I highly recommend them!
