Ed did a great job refishing the floors of my home in Hyde Park. So well that I had him do an apartment of a building I own.

Eddie and his team completed a sanding project for me, and the results left me beyond impressed. Eddie demonstrated unparalleled skill and attention to detail throughout the sanding process. Eddie did a fantastic job installing all new floors throughout our house. The first floor is on slab, so we went with engineered hardwood (by Somerset) in all bedrooms and living spaces and tile (from Daltile) in the kitchen and foyer. Eddie also redid our stairs. He was professional and easy to work with — very accommodating. We are thrilled with the result!

Eddie and his team did a great job. He matched and blended 40 year old red oak with repairs and new floor sections beautifully. He always showed up when he said he would, was respectful to the space and was up front and honest when it came to changes to the plan due to new findings (like adding a membrane when he thought the moisture barrier might not be enough) I definitely would hire again!

Terrible job. He left our living area yellow toned while the rest of the rooms are gray toned. He left drops behind, areas not sealed, areas that he filled in and you can literally remove with your fingers. He?s ignoring our calls and will not correct all the wrong in our floors.

Highly recommended Eddie and TPA Flooring. After a storm surge in September 2023 our original hardwood flooring was seriously damaged. The charm of our old Key West Style cottage was the original flooring and we searched high and low to find a great guy, old school type repair service that is very hard to find. Most companies only want to replace not repair. Eddie was a God Sent for us. Fair price considering the extent of the damage. The floors actually came out even better than before. Great communication, finished ahead of time. Eddie is an all time pro person and business owner who takes great pride in his workmanship. Eddy & his Brother William were a god send. The fixer upper that we recently purchased was built in 1985. TPA Flooring Company refinished ugly red parquet floors to a beautiful new warm light brown tone. They then installed new floors that match the color perfectly. They are complete experts at what they do. They kept us updated every step of the way during our remodel process. Simply the best team to work with ever! Eddie and his team did an outstanding refinish of our oak floors. Kitchen renovation with island footprint moved and 1500 square feet of sand and stain(dark walnut) of the existing floor. Several companies tried to sell us new flooring. Eddie was confident he could refinish our floors and provide us with great results. Eddie exceeded our expectations in every way. Great communication throughout project, always professional and personable, started and completed on time Not only a great craftsman but a great person!!

I have an 80 year old house with solid white oak flooring that TPA Hardwood restored back to their glory days. We had termite and water damaged areas that Mr. RIOS and his crew were able to replace perfectly with the rest of the house. They were on time and very professional and they kept me informed thru out the scope of the work till the very end. They went above and beyond, and we trusted Ed, with the house while we were away on vacation, and he treated like it was his own. The floors came out amazing!!!!! Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity. I have been renovating my house for about a year. I have been very frustrated with other trades I hired, not showing up for work and blaming the virus for their mis management. Edwin Rios was recommended by a neighbor, he and his company turned out to be the best contractor of all. Fast, quick and easy to work with. The house is 100 years old, the repair work on the floors and the finish made them look like brand new wood. GREAT JOB!
