Our home was damaged in the November 2018 and Wally was recommended to us by our neighbor whose house he built. We had extensive work done, including foundation. Throughout the project, Wally was accessible and knowledgeable, gave us options and suggestions. We would certainly recommend him for any remodel or new build.

Wally is very approachable and friendly. He made sure that we knew what to expect and would go into details on how we could do some smaller things ourselves.

Wally did an amazing job on our home. We had several complicated requests and he rose to the occasion every time. He used his own wood working skills in several rooms and not only built us an absolutely beautiful home but a very high quality and structurally sound home as well. Wallace Homes should absolutely be strongly considered for any new construction or major renovations. Wally, the owner/builder, is as honest as they come and will work side by side with you to help make the best decisions on all steps of your project. I experienced the full gamut of his expertise after my house was severely damaged during the 2018 Earthquake and I had to make a major decision between repairing vs rebuilding. Wally gathered all the pertinent facts and ran the numbers for both. He even unearthed the entire foundation to make sure I had the most accurate assessment possible for such a major decision. In the end, I decided the most prudent option was to rebuild, although there was no doubt Wally and his team would have done a great (albeit extensive) repair job. He took me thru all the steps from the process of house designing to choosing flooring and roofing. Cost was a factor for me, and Wally provided valuable insight on which factors were the most important for my resources. Wally is at the perfect age, where he has accumulated years of expertise, yet is still young enough to not be going to retire anytime soon. My house is in a middle range size- and price-wise, but Wally has built homes both considerable bigger as well as smaller, right in the same neighborhood. As he has now done major overalls on earthquake damaged homes, he has considerable expertise in evaluating this aspect as well. There are "bigger" builders, but you won't find a better one ... not to mention getting someone you can have total faith in doing the right thing!
