Replaced a Bleach dispenser fill line which had caused a leak. I would prefer a more exact arrival time. I don't appreciate being told that service will be done between 8 and 12, with arrival at nearly 11:00. Doesn't the consumer have a life? I am not a patient waiter.

The service provided by Ameri-tech was very substandard. Ameritech was hired to troubleshoot and fix my oven in which the element was not heating properly. The selfcleaning function was not working also. The service rep in my judgement knows very little about ovens. He spent about 5 minutes manipulating the oven controls and questioning if knew how to operate my own oven, rather than trying to fix the problem. The element is still not heating properly and the self cleaning function of the oven is still not working. When I called Ameri-tech discuss the issue they were very rude to me over the phone. I would stay away from this company.

Quick response. Courteous technician. No problem with service however considering time of service and part replacement I would consider them a bit pricey for sure.

Over Charged. Would not use again.

I have never found such an excellent company to have service my dishwasher. This company is excellent, honest, reasonably priced, very business-like, and most of all has the highest level of integrity that a company could have. I strongly urge anyone considering contacting a service contractor for their appliances use A Ameri-tech. They immediately diagnosed the problem I was having and completed the necessary repairs in minutes!!!! Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!!!

The repairman was extremly nice. BUT, I had to have another repairman come out since your repairman could find nothing wrong with my dryer. It was VERY obvious that when you took the front panel off, that the blower fan blades were broken. That is what was causing the noise in my dryer!! Your man wanted to replace the drum. The blower fan blades were so easy to see that they were broken when he took te front panel off...they were right in fron of his face!! I did not see it because I never was in front of the dryer. But when new repairman came today, took the front panel off, it was VERY discernable that that was the problem.

They came out the next day, fixed a broken thermo-coupler. We are still waiting for parts to come on for the new knobs.

Quoted low service call rate and then charged us for the job. They used the low service rate charge to get our business.

Service Man did not know the Appliance but Adjusted Icemaker which is still loose. So it worked for a while. Service Man told me to Contact a Maytag Appliance Dealer if still have a problem. Service was prompt and ontime, price was good because problem was fixed and he showed me what to do. But Icemaker still floods with water and freezes up. So if I get tired of fixing it myself I will have to call Maytag. I will not use this company again...

Ameri-tech Appliance Service promptly called, came out the same day our fridge fan motor quit, ordered and replaced the part and even helped with the larger problem making the door close properly. I would not hesitate to call them again. J W

Someone came the same day and fixed the problem for not an ureasonable amount of money. What more can one want?

I had three appliances that needed service (Clothes Washer, Clothes Dryer, Refrigerator). The technicians was very thorough in his recommendations, did quick and neat work BUT was very, very expensive!! Just washer and dryer were almost $400 for one belt, one switch, and one roller. I opted to do refrigerator myself for $14 (he wanted $250).

Knew what he was doing and gave me options as to how to proceed. I was glad for his input and would recommend this service to others

Called ahead prior to arrival. Corrected problem with full explenation. Service was great!

Technician came out quickly & repaired washer. Did a good job. Will use again in the future if needed.

I talked to the same gentlemen everytime I called A Ameri-tech. He was rude & always seemed to have an attitude. I was not made aware of their policy to reach you by phone before arriving for a SCHEDULED appt., so noone showed at the scheduled time on Sat. When I called to see where the tech was, this guy was defensive, angry & rude. He hung up on me 3 times. I have never felt so disrespected & degraded by a contractor I was paying to perform a service. The tech was nice & courteous, but I will never use A Ameri-tech's service again & will probably never use Service Magic's website if this is the type of contractor you accept as a "PRO"

The tech was friendly and advised me not to spend the money to repair the washer and invest it in a new washer.
