Central Vacuum Repair or Service
The customer service for this company is horrible. The owner is rude, disrespectful, and will will "up charge" you each time he gets the chance. He came to our place of business - did absolutely nothing - and still charged us the full service fee (despite the fact there was NO SERVICE delivered). I would highly recommend looking for another service pro for your vacuum needs! After speaking with other colleagues - they have also had BAD experiences with this company and no longer use them. The owner, Joe, is not the nice person he appears on the telephone - BEWARE.

"We are sorry for this customers experience,but felt the need to respond to this review. this customer was angry because we had to charge for 2 service calls as they neglected to state that the first appointment (set by them), the customer was not home at the appointed time of the service call. We traveled a total of 40 miles on both calls combined and had to pay a service tech for 80 minutes of labor travel spent 20 minutes at there home trying to ascertain the problem but found none. Customer felt as if there should be no charge hence the bad review.There was no up charge. A-1 Vacuum has proudly service Lacrosse Area since 1949"
