First they were late, then after being told I'd have three people for approximately 2 hours, only two showed and one left for two hours to go to the dentist. In the end it took about 5-1/2 hours and I had to leave. Also, this was a $170.00 cleaning job and I found junk under the beds, couch, etc. I was pretty unhappy with the price and the service.

They were great. Both Neli's came and did a thorough job. They were very nice too. I would highly recommend this company.

Very thorough, high-quality service that works on my schedule. Compleled my work very professionally. These guys will do whatever you need, i.e., pick up after after children, clean ovens, ironing, laundry, etc.

I was extremely pleased with All-Star Maids! They do a great job! Everything was super clean, no "little stuff" skipped at all....Very thorough. Very friendly, well prepared, and arrived right on time! I will definitely use again and recommend!

Would definitely recommend All-Star Maids for cleaning services! The cleaning quality is wonderful (bathrooms, dusting and floors). They were very accommodating with time and scope of work (didn't force any "packages" or have a minimum service requirement), and are overall trustworthy and friendly. Oh, and they use environment-friendly cleaning supplies, which is great because I'm allergic to many standard cleaners. In the end I felt like giving a hug for doing such a great job (and freeing up the rest of my weekend from cleaning)

They did a great job and definitely made the house shine. Very courteous and flexible. Best service I have ever received from a maid service.

Good quality cleaning. Every surface seems to be addressed appropriately, and I always feel that the team has taken an extra step to clean the hard-to-reach cracks, slits, etc. that I would never think to clean on my own. The cleaner works well around my "clutter", getting things clean without really disturbing some of the random items that I might have out.

Very flexible and prompt. Called me right away and came the next day. Our house has never looked that clean ever before. All my requests were fulfilled and I am definitely sticking with this service. Thank you!

The service has been wonderful. Susan is prompt and professional. She does a wonderful job of cleaning up after our busy family of 2 adults, 2 kids and 3 pets. It has taken a lot of stress out my days knowing that I can depend on All-Star Maids high-quality service to help me out every other week. The only improvement I see a need for is paying more attention to the cobwebs that develop in the corners and on the ceiling. Not a huge deal as I grab them when I see them but it would be nice if they did as well.

All Star Maids has been very reliable and provides excellent service. Neli Brown follows up with her clients for feedback which is very important and responds promptly with requests. I have been very pleased with All Star Maids.
