Wood Flooring Refinish
Although the work was adequate, the customer service was sorely lacking. When I brought this to the owner, she was defensive, rude and would not extend any courtesies. I believe she tolerated my comments only to ensure her final payment. A lot is said about a company when they are dealt with challenges. Unfortunately, from my perspective as a dissatisfied customer, this is a company that is not willing to stand behind their service.

Applegate is THE BEST!! Saved me thousands over Home Depot and with less hassle, in fact, no hassle. This was the easiest part of the renovation thanks to Applegate. They threaded in the "new" wood to match my existing hardwood floors. Fantastic match, fantastic job. I highly recommend Applegate for any and all of your flooring needs. Pamela
