Had a difficult time working with them via email. At first they were very responsive, but then it went downhill fast. The carpet guy who came out also did some stretching of my carpets - he got the bubble out where it originally was... And left a new bubble. Very frustrated that I was charged for work that wasn't all that great. As for the carpet cleaning, my floors were VERY wet. Even 12 hours later, they were still too wet to walk on. I've never had my carpets cleaned before, but surely that can't be right. I won't be using this company again.

They were on time and completed the job but, I felt like they did a rush job to try and get out as quick as they could. They also knocked over a garden gnome that I had on the porch with their hoses and didn't inform me about it. It just didn't leave me with a good impression.

Technitians are very friendly and profesionals. They did everything as I expected.

They were need, courteous, respectful. I have not tried the chimney because it is summer. But I will continue to use them.
