I hired them to get rid of squirrels that got in my attic via opening behind a brick chimney. They put in one way valves so the squirrels could get out and not come back. They also added deterrents around the house so that they would move to a different area.

They also added deterrents around the house so that they will not just move to a different part of the house. They give a 3 year guarantee. It has only been one day, but so far so good.

Relatively prompt and professional. I was drawn to the warranty of the services they offer as others i spoke with did not offer this. They came out and identified my issue and had a crew out the following day to fix it. So far, so good.

Showed up and removed the Racoon . Very knowledgeable and kept us completely informed during the process .

The crew came in and expained on what they where goig to and how long it would take. Overall they did a pretty good job of cleaning up mice poop. they did miss a few spots in the closet cornors if they did not use light to inspect their work in the closets they missed that oppurtunity.

They came out right away and after a day, I haven't heard any more squirrels! They were very personable. And the 3 year warranty makes the money definitely worth it.

After finding out which critters were in my attic, bats, immediately took care of the problem. The workmen were thorough and haven't heard any noise in the attic since.

So far so good. We have had a squirrel problem in our home for several years now and had kept calling another company to handle it with no positive results. So finally this year I gave up on them and found BSW. I spoke with Dale, who explained their methods, and I quickly realized why the other company wasn't working. BSW, from my estimate gathering, is the priciest company out there. That being said, from what I can tell so far, they are the only company that have been able to deliver results. So time will tell if the cost was worth it. The three year unconditional guarantee is also comforting.

I had hired Baystate Wildlife approximately 9 years ago for an unknown critter issue in my basement...they knew right away what it was and they responded quickly and took care of the problem. Now, with a new critter issue, once again Bob responded quickly , assessed the situation, and had a crew here a few days later.
