San Diego plumbers, Black Mountain Plumbing were formed in 1993 and became a corporation in 2000. We are operated locally in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego by Scott and Anita Ferrell. As members of the Better Business Bureau and the Plumbing Heating & Cooling Contractors Association, we are able to stay currently informed with the latest changes in the industry. Our staff is fully trained and certified for competent diagnosis and repair, as well as remodeling of residential and commercial structures.
