BNG Heating & Cooling

I purchased a Kohler whole house generator from BNG in September of 2024. The installation was not completed to professional standards. When I brought it to their attention in October of 2024 I was told in person they would finish the job. A year has passed and several phone calls and emails go unanswered. When I do manage to land a conversation with someone they tell me they will finish the job soon. Most recently a week ago I asked to speak to the owner. The receptionist told me she wasn?t sure it was ?legal? for her to tell me who the owner is but would have someone call me back. In my experience BNG is not a company who keeps their promises or stands behind their work. I am not a difficult customer. I have waited a year for resolution. I am a businessman who understands that when sometimes a job is not completed correctly the true measure of a company is how do they respond to affect a resolution. BNG does not keep their word, but rather tells you what you want to hear

We had a very good experience with BNG. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job including clean up in the time they had promised. We have not gotten our first electric/gas bill yet but hope to see a difference with our new insulation. We can already feel a difference in the temperature of our home.

This company begins and ends with Service! Honest, dependable, with no baloney........... They are the Best in my opinion. Call them First!

Very professional Was right on time

Mark and Wes made this project work. Very understanding and made sure I was informed the entire process. Timely to work is an understatement, first contractor that Ive had that was. So far the Bryant brand has met my needs. It is to early to say of the long term quality.

The folks at BNG know what customer service is all about, they ensure that the techincians come on time and as scheduled and that they are knowledgeable about the job they are performing. Carla that works at the office is excellent with preparing the paperwork for your rebates and will even send some of them in for you. At any time you can call and if they are not in the office the answering service will have them return the call. I have been very pleased with the system and the service. I would definitely call them again.

No service after the sale. Install scheduled with assistant for 6:00 a.m. and she was to verify with installers and call me back. Never called back. Made contact at 5:15 p.m. the day before the install and was told by answering service they close at 4:30 and no way to contact anyone. Sent sales rep/owner an email wanting to know if they were coming at 6:00 a.m. and he never acknowledged my email. Installer showed up around 7:00 a.m. They did their job. The office folks were more concerned about getting the next dollar than taking care of the customer they have.

Mark came to our residence and inspected our furnace in our home to make sure it would match up correctly with our new 4 ton air conditioner unit and if any changes would need to be made. He was very professional and knowledgeable with his information. Then the big day came with two installers with our new unit. It was 105 degrees outside. They were very courteous and patient, especially with the degree of weather we were having. They answered any questions I had for them. We have had no problem with our unit. Now my wife plays freeze out, while I look for a parka.

Nick was very knowledgable and helpful...we would like a quote to replace the larger of the two heat pumps he serviced.Can this info be returned to me in an email?

Servicemen were professional, neat and efficient. I will call them again and recommend BMG

The service provided with sizing my furnace and air conditioner outweighed a cheaper bid by a competitor.

After being told that our compressor was out & waiting over a week for the previous HVAC company to get our new compressor, something just didn't feel right. Mark, from B&G called me within 15 minutes of placing my request, drove out at 5pm gratis, and found that nothing was wrong with the compressor... it was just the capacitor (that the previous guy had taken) must have come loose & the other guy couldn't figure it out. Mark at BNG arrived within 30 minutes of our phone call, diagnosed & fixed the problem in less than an hour at a very reasonable price!!! He was awesome!!! Now, I get to call the other company, get my part & money back!

Even tho I had to have my AC repaired on a weekend, the rates were reasonable. Mark was a friendly, Christian man who arrived on time and completed the repair quickly. He took the time to help us pick out the most efficient furnace and AC system and found us the best deal for our money and will be installing it within the month. I'll be sending him a BIG thank you when our Vectren bills go down!

Very pleased with the heating system. The filter system kills the bacteria in the home I have allergies and this helps.
