"This customer was great to work for! She had problems with ungrounded and reverse polarity receptacles affecting her TV's and computers. We ran a new circuit and cut in new 3-prong grounded receptacles at those locations. She also had several enormous heating bills this winter, so we disconnected the old "Ceil-Heat" radiant heat that ran through her ceiling and blanked off the old thermostats."
