Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Nick was very prompt and got the water heater we requested. He had to make many adjustments to make the new heater fit due to a larger size and he was well prepared without having seen the work area. Very friendly and a hard worker.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Nick came thru for my project I am glad he was able to get the water heater and insall it. So, I hope everything work fine and I don't have a problem. He was very nice, although it was late friday he installed the water heater. I have hot water.

Nick was prompt and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem at my son's home within a few days. He was also very generous with his time when I had some follow-up questions. He gave me direction over the phone and I was able to correct a problem without another service call at the house. Nick was very personable, and I felt comfortable leaving him at the house to do the work. It was obvious that he wants the work he does to be completed promptly and correctly. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Late by 2 hours for 9AM appointment. Feels like this was his first water heater installation. New tank leaks from pressure valve and needs to be fixed by someone else. Does not know how to handle the warranty paperwork -- I paid tor 12 years but I might get only 4. A comparable water heater from Lowes or Home Depot would be 33% cheaper installed and with 12Y warranty.

"Called to tell him I was running behind ,he stood over me the whole time I was working ,and as all warranty work the customer always fills out the paper work .Also,he needed a new pressure reducing valve but declined because he said he likes the amount of pressure ,prv valve is set up to handle 55,65 psi and thats why it leaked.I ALSO CARRY A 1 YEAR GAURENTY ON ALL LABOR"
