Roger from C C HVAC Repair was very attentive and vitreous from our first phone contact, and explained the steps to bring the unit back to life. He came the next morning and started checking the entire system. He then proceeded to throughly clean the evaporator wall unit that had build up inside of years of dusty use. He started the leak test during which all the connections and lines were carefully checked. While we waited for the pump to recover and vacuum the nitrogen from the lines, Roger carefully cleaned and checked the entire outside condenser unit. When all was checked and ready Roger refilled the Freon gas in the lines and we started testing and running the unit for all the available settings, including the heat-pump heater function as this mini-split unit is also an inverter that provides heat in winter. I couldn’t be happier with this company’s service and Roger’s professional knowledge and know-how. He remains in contact and not only guarantees the work, he said to call him in any events, or if we have more questions. The unit works beautifully now, and we couldn’t be happier. The charges were very reasonable for the work and the time involved. I cannot recommend C C Air Conditioning Repair highly enough, for their skills and professional service. I will call them again in the future for any related projects or repairs.
