Very pleased. The arborist/estimator seemed knowledgeable about trees, and offered me several alternatives. The two men who did the limb trimming and removal were courteous and efficient.

Eden did work as promise and left yard clean. I am very pleased with the work done.

Was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had to have a tree removed from my back yard as the root lines were growing above the ground line. Eden tree did a nice job coming out and cutting down the tree and removing it but I also contracted them to scrape the root line to have them removed. This was a nightmare. I have never seen a professional company attack a job with such reckless abandon. The individual was all over the place attacking the root lines. Such a mess was made that he was unable to see some of the roots and I ended up removing them myself. I also had to re-sod a bigger portion of the yard than expected due to strategy used in the scraping.

The work was completed in a timely manner.

The initial bid for the work was some what high (I don't like the idea of professionals bidding high and explaining things in a way to justify the high estimates - I think sometimes because companies are dealing with women they think they can 'pull the wool over our eyes' and I had decided to continue to look, but later that afternoon I was contacted by Eden T & L with a "fair" bid and I accepted. The crew got out there and did the job right! I was very pleased with my experience with Eden and would consider using them again.

We were impressed enough to have them bid other yard work for us.
