After having Precission Door give us an estimate for 500.00 we were a little bit sceptical when Global Garage came over and said he can do it for 100.00. We took a chance with Global because he seemed to be honest and know what he was talking about. Global Garage did a great job and the garage door works better than it ever did. He did tell us things we will probably need to concider in the future, which we appreciated and we will use him again. I would Highlty recommend Global Garage to anyone. However, it is noteworthy to say that the other company, Precision Door, tried to sell us things that we did not need ever for the type of door etc that we have. I woiuld say that they do not have their clients best interests at heart. Having said that, I would discourage anyone from doing business with them, In these economic times, people can not afford things they dont need.

Dave came out about 3 hours after I submitted the request and finished the job in less than 10 minutes. He was very helpful, he told me how to maintain my garage door. He didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. I will definiltely call them again if I ever need help with my garage door.

Dave came out and gave me an estimate. He didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. He saw that two panels of the garage door were still in good condition but that two were in need of replacement and that is what he replaced. He scheduled to be at my house the next day at 10 am. which he was here on the dot and was done with in the hour. He checked and reset my garage door opener which seemed to be the cause of the damage to my garage door. I would definitely recommend Dave to my friends and family for garage door repairs.

My door opener died. I contacted Global about a replacement unit. When the technician arrived he diagnosed my opener problem and indicated it could be repaired for $100 parts and labor versus selling me a new unit at $325. He told me how the gears generally fail after five years of use (mine had been in use 5 and 1/2 years), and the replacement gears would last another five years and the same gears have been used by the manufacturer in all it's openers for over 25 years. I really appreciated his honesty in telling me why I didn't need a replacement unit (which, by the way, he had in his truck). Thank you Global, and Thank you service magic. This has been my third positive experience using ServiceMagic.

Dave was very easy to work with. He was fair and honest with his pricing. His workmanship was outstanding. He was very good at answering questions I had about the installation of the garage doors. He delivered a quality product and service on time. Lastly, after I paid him in full, he still came back a few days later, as he promised he would, to install the garage door trim that he did not have at the time of installion. I was impressed with that since not all contractors are that responsive once they have been paid.
