The serviceman was prompt, polite, patient and thorough. HE spent an inordinate amount of time on the project, power washing the 2 sotry house, and I was quite pleased wih the results.

the installer was friendly and he got the job done...however there was a disappointment - over the phone initially i was told it would take no longer than 3-4 hours. He was there all day from 9:30am-4:30pm, which needless to say was much more expensive than anticipated.

"This was a new home construction. The information we received over the phone was that the owners wanted the appliances that came with the home swapped out with different appliances. If that was all there was to be done it would have taken 3-4 hours. When the serviceman arrived at the home he noticed there was no water or drainage hook up lines for the washing machine plus no dryer vent for the dryer. For the washing machine to work water & drainage lines had to be run to it and for the dryer to work properly it needed to be vented outside. This was explained to the owners, they agreed to the work, and thus the extra time on the job."
