Very pleased, they were prompt, efficient, personable (even giving some cleaning tips) and did a great job. Would not hesitate to use them again and certainly would recommend them.

I used this family business for both my commercial and residential locations and I was very impressed! They were very thorough and made extra efforts to clean lots of duct tape & carpet tape adhesive off my commercial carpet. In fact, we set up on the day of the original cleaning a follow-up check-up touch-up appointment on those problem areas for the next week! This way I was assured that they were committed to giving me satisfaction-guaranteed service without me worrying about having to call them again and "angst-ing" if they would be reluctant or act "mad" about coming back ...! I'll definitely use them again!
