"The homeowner does not have the right screws for the job, I went out of my way to properly install it by using a better screw and the customer's husband was satisfied with the job. He expressed his appreciation by giving a tip. Nothing was damaged and the customer's husband inspected the shade and frame and approved of the job done. The customer herself on the phone acknowledged that the shade or frame was not damaged. Its a pity she is not satisfied, she declined the offer to have the shade removed and reinstalled."
