Inovative Contractor arrived ontime 9 AM Saturday 8/4/2012. He worked quickly, effeciently and managed to patch two medium sized holes in the sheetrock, one from a door knob and other holes created when Flat Screen TV and mount was removed. Their crew helped me move the flat screen TV off the wall and also pointed out the paint I intended to use did not match the wall and led me to the paint company that could match the existing paint.

Innovative home repair by far had the best bid which goes a long way. Our walls were painted the colors we had selected and the work was completed in a timely fashion. They also called us if they had questions rather than soldiering on and getting stuff wrong. The downsides were that we have paint drips on our molding and floors and some of the work was a little sloppy (I think they may have painted over some wallpaper rather than remove it). Also, any of the sockets or vents that were on the wall were not removed, just painted around (possibly a miscommunication?).

"Customer never addressed any issues. We removed all wall paper including areas that it was not know in. We remove all electric covers and vent grills on all jobs."

Fascia was replaced over uneven sagging soffit without a recommendation or offer to repair the uneven soffit. Resulted in work having to be redone after straighting. Also, used 3 seperate scape materials for soffit. Luan, Birch ply, and vented hardie soffit.
