The Project Manager was extremely responsive to us while trying to get the business from us. However, once we hired his team, it was impossible to connect with him. He was screening our calls! His team didn't show up, nor did they call on the agreed upon date. However when they did show up, the team he sent was courteous, professional and worked very hard. The end product is beautiful and we are really happy. We just didn't have the product until much later than expected.

Katy Topsoil did a great job with one exception. I was promised a resolution with gutter that should have been extended beneath crushed granite area that was installed. Three weeks and no one has returened to fix.

unprofessional and poor work quality. price match and offer warranty but do not return phone calls. excuses everytime. Still waiting on phonecalls after 2 months. Project left unfinished and untidy. But, made unauthorized charges for full payment. Price quote was good, but beaware of quality of work.
