I used them fore cleaning and maintaining my woodstove. I found them very knowledgeable and very profesional. They were also very paitient with answering any questions I had.

He came to clean the chimney and check for cracks. When he was called out on an emergency en route, he had his office call and let me know. No pressure to do things that I couldn�t afford.

Excellent Job, Good Price. I just did not like the idea they gave me an estimate on something I did not ask for and now sending it the mail. It's OK they recommend it, but they put it in writing.

Could have recommended replacing a non-functioning damper, instead adjusted it - a lower cost and equally effective solution! Punctual, professional.

They fully inspected my Chimney using a camera and didn't perform any unnecessary work. Friendly and on time.

Flexible in arranging time. Came at appointed time. Fixed damage quickly and also found add'l damage which they quoted a repair price (seemed high at $3500). I will get a second quote on that. Their svc. Call fee is $90 which seemed high also, but I don't know the industry.

They called me right after I submitted the request. Luna was very flexible with scheduling. No extra charge for Saturday. The Tech wore cover shoes and put a tarp on entire area of the fireplace to clean. He was very courteous and pleasant. They even followed up for a phone call after the work was done. Luna now calls to schedule the cleaning every year. :- ) I am very happy with their service. JCM

I feel I could have done this myself. The job was completed unusually fast and I feel I was over charged for the service provided.

Luna responded quickly to my request. The office administrator was very nice to deal with in scheduling the appointment and Luna called to confirm date and specific time of arrival. Luna arrived promptly as expected, worked very neatly and quickly - in and out within 30 minutes. Fair price comparatively speaking. I was satisfied.

Very knowledgeable and I was billed the price I was quoted. He corrected the pipe angle and when I use my wood stove,x I 'm hoping it corrected the problem of draft and back puffing

I was expecting a 9-10 appointment , Mr. Luna was having a problem and gave me a call and told me that he would arrive at 11:30 instead. I appreciated the phone call.

I would rate Luna Chimney 6 stars! Ed Luna is honest and extremely knowledgeable. I had 3 estimates, Luna had the best price. He will explain and show alternative options to save you money. Ed installed a stainless steel liner, elevated the chimney and a new stainless steel cap. Passed inspection with flying colors. In addition, Ed's office staff is second to none!

This is definitely a great company - extremely customer service oriented, thorough doing their job. I had to change the appt. That same morning and when I called they were so nice and cooperated without any problems. I will have this company back every year - Very Highly Recommended
