I did hire this company, and the plumber came and did the work; however, the work wasn't done properly. My husband called and got in touch with the plumber, he was supposed to show up that afternoon but he never did. My husband called and left a message on his cell-no response back. We both called N-E Thing and no plumber yet, so we are going with somebody else.

Robert was great. He quoted me a price, and that price was what I paid. His tech. Was polite and knowledgeable. Nice to my toddlers who had no end of questions. The work was professionally done, and I'll use them again!

I really appreciated the quick response on a Friday night, at no extra charge, and the friendly, professional service we received from N-E Thing Maintenance! I was in a real bind, finding out late on a Friday that we had a leak - N-E responded within 30 minutes to my web request, even on a Friday night, and fixed everything quickly and at an extremely reasonable rate. There was not even an extra fee for the evening call, which was an unexpected bonus. Thanks to the N=E Team for a job well done!
