Their response was fast and effective. Everyone we dealt with was outstanding. Julie, who took the information and put me in touch with the technician was pleasant and efficient. Tony, our service professional, was knowledgable and pleasant as well. I was particularly impressed with his approach to the problem. Tony was like a doctor but better. He diagnosed the problem, presented the plan, acted on the plan and had the system running that night. He then returned the next day with the proper parts and finished the job. Cost was reasonable and he was better than a doctor because I think he actually cared. Awesome job Old South! Thanks

Excellent lead electrician, a real pro. The helper electrician was not very proficient or precise with his work. I needed to inspect the job several times to ensure that the job was completed properly -- there were some missed nail guards needed to protect the wiring in the attic floor and we needed to redo the electrical light switch box since the initial installation had it sticking out about 1/8 inch beyond flush with the wall. Once these issues were identified, the lead electrician made sure they were fixed properly. I would certainly use the lead electrician again and recommend Old South Electric to other homeowners.

John was very willing to work with me to set up a time that would work for me. Then, the guys that came out to do the work were GREAT!! They were able to knock it out and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable also. I would definitely recommend Old South Electric
