We specialize in interior and exterior remodeling; including kitchens, baths and basements. We also do major renovations including roofing, siding, and painting, room additions and 2nd story additions. Went out of his way to haul off my waste in one load, saving me time. Stuck to his original quote. Arrived on time and was very courteous. He and his crew worked very quickly and efficiently.

Room extension and garage addition instead of kitchen remodel: They did not pay ** or the subcontractors, though they were paid 60% of the total job at that time, to do so, liens were threatened so we had to pay it ourselves. The job started in November of 2003, and is still not finished. They are currently saying they will not pay the final subcontractors though we have paid almost full contract to them and to their subs and supplies, and they appear to be abandoning the job. There are several problems with the final quality that he refuses to address or solve. Avoid these people. Final Note: They did abandon the job.

Matt of Andra Paul Remodeling was assigned to our bathroom remodel project back in late January. He is meticulous in his work and pays close attention to detail. We are very satisfied with the work he performs as our vision is coming has been turning into reality. From a schedule perspective, the project has moved beyond the completion date which was unexpected given the size of the job but, the quality of the work has not been compromised so we have accomodated the schedule slip thus far.

We were very satified with the quality of work and personalilty of Matt. He was very patient and tolerant of having a curious, active 2-year-old quizing him and wanting to try out his tools. Some times his speed of work was trying but the quality of workmanship made the wait worthwhile. We would definitely ask them to work for us again and, in fact, plan on doing so on some other home improvement projects that we have on our to-do list. We had complete trust in Matt's quality of work, work ethics and being in our home while we were at work.
