I was very much impressed with Ray and his team from my first inquiry regarding a sprinkler system. When he arrived he asked what I wanted and he gave me a package detailing all the information about his company and the lawn system he was going to install including an excellant quote. I was waiting for a new lawn to be laid down but as it was heading into September I decided to have Ray and his team installed the system prior to my new lawn being installed. They did a fantastic job and you would never have known that anything was done to my lawn except when the sprinklers came on. I would highly recommed Ray. His team was excellant!

Customer service was very strong. Ray obviously cares a great deal about his work and his customers. First clean up post installation could have been better, but our concerns about it were addressed quickly and efficiently. Price was also very good, and the installation was finished quickly.

because of the fast approaching winter season, this work will not be performed until the spring.... after meeting with Pioneer however, you will find this guy as very sincere and honest and very fair pricing. I am looking forward to him doing my job in the spring as we already have it booked...... only top of the line products will be used in this project and Pioneer will work with me to assure every thing is just the way I need it............Tweaking where ever may be necessary....... even though the job is several months from being done, I rate as 5 stars just for professionalism and some great pricing......

He contacted me right away as soon as i submitted what i was looking for. He also came out to make sure my other projects were not running into how he would lay the system and if it would he laid doen the hoses prior to me starting my project.
