They fixed the issue within 24 hours of my call, stayed and within the budget I had outlined. The job was to pump excess water out from behind my pools liner that had gotten back there because of an error my teenager made. The only small issue I had was that I told them over the phone I would stop by there shop and pay them. When I got there the service crew had left and had not made out the bill. They are going to mail it to me, but they could have saved me a stop after work. Not a big deal.
