Friendly and informative - willing to offer suggestions as to alternatives to my wood fireplace - cleaned flue from inside the house - I expected him to approach it from the roof to insure there were no issues with the components on that end as well. Did not make a mess. .Visual/flashlight inspection only, did not inspect with a camera. Owner and assistant - $95 for about 15 minutes of work, would like to have seen an introductory coupon or reduced rate for the minimal amount of work required.

R&D representative called and emailed immediately after our request was submitted to ServiceMagic.They were very flexible with scheduling an appointment. Both gentlemen were prompt, professional, skilled, and decisive about their repair plan for our project. They took the time to really explain the problem with our roof, offering a recommended plan of action and also an alternative plan. After the project was completed, they took the time to demonstrate the difference between the problematic parts from our roof (which they showed to us) and the replacement parts they installed. We felt very confident about the quality of work they performed.
