The work provided by Riegl Clean Carpet was unsatisfactory and unprofessional. The owner brought a minor to help with the job and left the carpet soaking wet. It took my carpets more than a day to dry and that�s because I used a fan to help with the process. After arriving at my house and explaining the job he agreed to do for the price he quoted, he changed the charges and the job. I would not recommend this individual or his company to do another job in my home or my friends.

Wayne took to the time to discuss my specific needs and customize his services to meet my needs. I have 2 dogs that I thought had ruined my velour-type sofa & ottoman, as well as carpet. He was able to get out the old stains and odor. The only negative I have is that it took a long time for everything to dry. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. Wayne is very likeable and I wish him luck building his business!

He is fantastic, has cleaned the carpet for everyone in our area. He is top notch. He is very good, have recommend him to anyone. He is very good very likeable person, his work is excellent. He will take an old carpet, make it look good again. He is just wonderful at what he does.
