The electrician was very helpful. I was charged the full amount for 5 minutes of work and the travel time.

"This was on a Saturday and I advised customer prior to going that it was time and a half. Also said we charged drivetime one way which was only 15 minutes. The whole job only took a little bit but it only took one hour. Bottom line is I informed the customer before we ever went exactly what the charge was, and that's what the charge was, and he okayed it before we ever went out there. We repaired his problem and I got the impression that he was very happy at the time. Thank you, Robert Baxter"

They installed timers for my flood lights but did not install the covering plates and said we work on hourly basis and it would cost you more". Also did not program the timers .

"Customer ask about pricing. We advised him of additional cost, such as programming. He said he'd do it himself to save money. We gave him the option. He was unreasonable. I find it impossible to reason with an unreasonable person. We try our best to please everyone although it seems almost impossible. Robert Baxter."

Service was good and prompt but I did not appreciate them trying to tack on a $50 trip charge in addition to labor and parts. They did remove this charge after I protested. This fee was not disclosed up front before I selected this vendor. Otherwise, they do good work.

I can not put into words how AMAZING this company is; he came out on Sunday evening looked things over, called the next day with a quote, explained the quote, his electrician came out on time, VERYprofessional, did the work very efficiently & was gone before expected. If you need an electrician this is the company to hire. He has my highest praise!!!!

Very quick response, I had an electrical issue with my breaker box. It was getting hot and you could smell something burning. Robert came out himself right away and replaced the main breaker to get us by until he could get one of his guys out to replace the whole breaker box since it too was melting.

I was told it probably wouldn’t be more than $230 but was $420....however the service guy did run into a few problems but still more than what I had budgeted for this project.
