While planning on going bankrupt in 2018 due to several lawsuits, he opened a new company â Schaefer Home Remodelingâ .

Great work with siding but customer service is terrible. Had issues with start date, they did not return calls, owner's voicemail always full. had issues with their subcontractor who did chimney work. Crew truck got stuck on my lawn when they drove over it, needed tow truck to pull them out. Took Schaefer over a week to see damage and was not compensated.

The Schaefer team was great, and I enjoyed working with them and our house looks great. It was a bit difficult getting them to commit to a start date, but once they started, the work was completed on time and professionally.

Great job at a great price. People have been complimenting the job constantly since they finished. I chose fiber cement siding over vinyl and The quality and look was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Schaefer for any job. Russ Schaefer even made suggestions that saved me money on the job. Very professional workmanship.

Schaefer installed a new Timber Tech deck, installed new sliding doors to the deck and put in a new screen door. Great job: the deck is exquisite. Overall,they were neat, honest, reliable. I would use them again.

They were thorough and efficient. There was a discrepancy between the estimated cost and the final bill. I agreed to the revised bill as it didn't seem out of line with other estimates.

Project went very well. We received many compliments on our home. Russ and crew were very easy to deal with and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with them and would recommend to friends as we did.

Schaffer performed the stucco work on the exterior of our home and it turned out even better than we expected. I never expected to have the relationship I did with these guys but they are always available and always on call to answer all my questions. The partners they use in doing the work are just as skilled and professional as Russ and they were helpful late into the evenings to assist in the design work. I would absolutely use Schaeffer again for any other work I may need on the exterior of our home. Russ Schaeffer knows how businesses should be run- Customers first. Thanks.

Lee and Russ run a tight ship. They meet their deadlines and have a team of incredible craftsmen. They have completely changed the look and feel of my 2 year old home in Monroe Twp., NJ upon completing a custom stucco job. Their prices are better than their competitors and their quality of work is excellent. They stand behind their product. I would highly recommend anyone considering any type of home remodeling to contact Russ and Lee for an estimate.

Contracted Russ to install 7 windows. He was pleasant and didn't use pressure tactics. Very patient to answer my questions. Down payment was low and competitively priced. Windows were installed quickly and professionally. Only problems I had was that some of the windows were measured too narrow and Russ was in a hurry to leave to get to next job. Can?t hold Russ completely responsible for measurement problem since way previous owner installed old windows was strange, most people would miss it (myself included). But when combined with Russ being in a hurry to leave I was left feeling slightly disappointed. But overall high quality of work.

He provided valuable insights that were overlooked by other contractors. We chose top quality products with our roof, siding and windows. Russ was able to blow away all other contractor�s estimates. In some cases, his prices beat other contractors using the lowest grade material. His crew did an outstanding job, especially with the trim and kept the job site clean.
