Came out the next day. Replaced a torsion spring, explained the entire process thoroughly. Lubed all hinges and did some preventative maint.

The job actually needed the doors to be replaced. The workmanship was outstanding.

I needed new tension springs because one of the springs broke. Mr. Smith has been doing this type of work for years and is very capable at repairing gargae doors. I woud not hesitate hiring him again for repair of my door. The price was $225, but I figure you get what you pay for, and the work was completed quickly and correctly.

They were on time of schedule appointment. They explain everything to me and why is necessary to change both torsion springs at the same time. They were very professional.

Installed parts for my Genie opener, which I understand, is difficult to work on because of opener age and brand.

The people were all courteous and knowledgable. The installer arrived on the date scheduled and went right to work. It took about 2 hours to install the 2 7'x9' garage doors. The installation and quality were excellent. I would recommend Smith Garage Doors to my friends.

The individual that was sent here to repair my garage door was very professional and very experience in repairing of the the door. He did the job by himself and took 30 minutes to complete the job. I would highly recommend this garage service to other people.

Mr Smith has done two jobs for me. In short, he is the best and I highly recommend him. I thought my garage door was totaled. It was warped to the extent I expected to have to replace it. Gaylon came out gave it a good look, provided an estimate, and a summary of what he would do. Two days later (exactly when he said he would) he came out, REPAIRED the garage door beyond my expectations, for the exact amount quoted. To be honest I think he saved me about 900 bucks because I could have easily been convinced it needed replaced, and I'm sure there are those out there who would have taken advantage of my ignorance. Smith's is the best!
