The work was fine but I can't understand how a piece of pipe 12+ in's long can cost $90.00. This was not labor but what I was charged for the pipe. I am sure it could be purchesed for about $10.00.

They were extremely responsive to our request for service, calling us immediately and scheduling an appointment the next day. When my husband asked if he could watch to see how our air-conditioning was repaired, he was more than happy to have him watch and demonstrate to him how our air conditioner worked. I would use this company again.

Ducts & Vents Installation and Replacement
Their sales person was excellent and made me feel comfortable chosing this company. This is where the praise stops. When their installers came out, they told me they do not do one of the main parts of the job their sales person sold me on. Already here, I had them do the rest. The vents they put on were scratched and bent...I am paying for new vents here. When I told them about this they rescheduled to come out and cancelled that morning due to a scheduling conflicts. After calling them numerous times to rescehdule, it is clear they will not call back. They do a great job of getting your business, but a lousey job of keeping it. BAD SERVICE!

"While client is correct that we had to reschedule the appt ONCE, we last asked of her to let us know what register model size was scratched so we can replace. Never heard back. I have been in contact with the client and are scheduled for tomorrow to replace the register cover. We are a honest company and always strive to make everyone happy.Our outstanding rating should show that. I am the president of the company and i ask that I be contacted directly on my cell phone if anyone feels that something is not being handled to there satisfaction! From the first phone call, they were great. Thier cost was resonable and right for my budget. The technicians showed up on time and were very friendly. They checked in with me throughout the process and let me know how the cleaning was going. They found a safety hazard and made me aware immediately. I am going to set up preventative maintenance with Temperature Control. I would highly recommend using them.

Temperature Control, (Owner David Parker). He ended up doing the work for my dad. He was wonderful, he took the time with me to explain the problem my dad was having with the unit and why. He was very reasonable with his price which was a plus since my dad is on a fixed income. Will definately pass his name to others. Thanks again for the help.

The staff were very friendly and clean. They answered all my questions with patience. I was hoping that by servicing my electric air purifier and A/C system, we would have less dust issue in the house. Previously, we would have to mop two times a day to maintain a clean floor. After the service, the frequency of floor mopping needed is the same. Maybe it is because I am tackling this problem from the wrong angle.

The only detrimental part of this experience was the time they arrived to do the job. I was told they would be at my home no later than 8:30 a.m. When I called the office they told me that it would be anywhere from 10:00 a.m. to Noon. However, when they arrived, they did a good job.

David's crew came out the same day I called and did a thorough job checking out the heater/AC. I told them I thought the thermostat was not wired correctly and they confirmed that and then re-wired it right away. The heat worked perfectly after that. I was very satisfied with their work.
