Hired them to clean a home I was moving into. They were on time and pretty thorough. The only thing that could have been a bit better were the tile floors. Grime was left in the corners, other wise I was very pleased and I would hire them again. I would need to make sure to tell the owners what needs to be done since neither of the cleaners could speak English. I thought their charges were very reasonable as well.

Team 5 was assigned for the first time cleaning for detail A and detail B cleaning. They did a terrific job. I have terrazo flooring and they were cleaner than I have ever been able to get them done. I would say the only minor downside was the communication issue as none of them could speak English so it was a little difficult to tell them about specific things I felt they needed to know about. I definitely will continue with the service.

We were putting our home up for sale so we wanted them to super clean our home so it would show well. Their service was outstanding - from the moment I first called them to inquire about their services and pricing they were very professional. The cleaning team of two people showed up on time, went right to work, my wife had some areas she wanted them to pay special attention to and they did a great job. Everything in the house sparkled. When the realtor put our home on the internet she described it as " Mrs. Very Very Clean Lives Here" - it was really the cleaning team that should receive the credit. We are very happy with this company !

They did a great job, but the kitchen floor was still really dirty after they'd left. They need to change the water more often, and or use towels instead of mops, because their mop was dirty. So it didn't clean it like it should have.

Stephanie our agency manager was extremely professional. She asked all the right questions regarding our move-out cleaning needs as well as maintained on-going contact to ensure the project went well. We can�t say enough about the two young ladies who cleaned our home. They were steady-n-tireless workers. Their goal was to give us the best finished product possible and that they did. They were also extremely professional and represented your firm in the best highest possible manner. While we have never been able to afford any on-going cleaning service we are strongly considering having your firm help us out when we can afford to

The ladies did an excellent job. I don't get home till about 8pm every night so it was such a relief to come home and the house already be cleaned. The time they saved me is so worth the expense. Thank you very much!

It was not the experience I had hope for ! First both girls did not speak English. I have run my own business for 25 years and get along with many different people, this being my first time I needed to be able to have communication. They did not finish the job as promise, and even broke 2 items. I will do my own work for now on!!

They did deep cleaning yesterday and did an outstanding job.

My home really needed a deep cleaning after we moved in. In less than 2 1/2 hours The Cleaning Authority was able to dust, mop the floors, clean the kitchen and baths, and dust all the blinds in the house. I had been in and out of the hospital for 8 weeks. When the girls arrived the house had not been cleaned in so long I was ashamed. They worked so efficiently and in harmony with each other. Maurice was professional and his service completed the project as promised. This was a one-time move out full house cleaning and the results were excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to use their services, again.

The women showed up on time and remarked that the house was already pretty clean. Projects they were to do included bathrooms, cabinets and the stove along with the usual cleaning of an empty house. A bathtub was overlooked as well as fans, medicine cabinets, windows and the stove. The sinks were not as clean as I would have expected from professionals.

Unbelievable service for the money. They were prompt licensed, insured and bonded, followed up the day before to confirm. Will never go back to cleaning the house myself again.
