Very responsive on first call-back. Quoted estimate on phone. Technician came on time. Difficult communication. Very responsive too, but the cost was very expensive. We had 1 deadbolt and one door knob put on (did not have the lock I needed) and the cost was close to $400. Very dissatisfied with the charge.

I had to wait over two hours for the technician to arrive. I had a noon appointment on saturday. On saturday no one called to confirm on advised of lateness. I called the company 3 times regarding this appointment. Once the technician arrived, he was very pleasant and professional. His work was done to our satisfaction. My overall rating is reflective of the lateness of the appointment and the lack of communication initiated by the company.
