Painting services are available for new drywall as well as existing surfaces. Payment is usually required in installments 1/2 up front to cover materials and 1/2 upon completion. These installments can be adjusted depending on size of job.

Brad will also personally interact with claims adjusters from the insurance company to make sure things go as smoothly for you as possible. I am a licensed heat pump installer, and I specialize in all things flooring. I do however provide all handyman services big and small such as; Remodels, demo, drywall, ceilings, roofing, deck building, tiling, painting, plumbing, landscaping, waste removal, you name it! If I am unable, I will be honest!

We are a small 2 person crew at the moment....small jobs we ask for 1/2 up front which is used for materials needed and for our labor. Larger jobs we ask for 1/3 to 1/2 up front depending on project being done.
