"We worked with David and team for our bathroom remodeling. I had interviewed about 18 contractors for the job and we picked Empressa to do our remodeling. David was very communicative, very detail oriented. He listened to our needs and came back with a very competitive estimate. We customized and changed a few things(that were different from what we planned before) as we were remodeling and David and team were able to accommodate those requests as well. They were very professional and the finished work is solid. There were a couple of things we were not happy with and we were about to travel for a month long personal trip. David promised us to fix them after we came back and he did. As soon as we came back, we contacted them and he was able to get those two things fixed in the same week. I can't recommend them enough. There are very few people I have seen who are so dedicated and transparent."

"I hired Terry to build a 14'x20' lean to box building with no windows on an existing concrete slab. The slab wasn't checked for level and the building went up without addressing the issue. The slab issue was my fault, but I think a professional should check before building on anything. If someone is concerned for their product I think that person should say I can't build on that because it has an issue. I also understand time is money and once he started i was locked in. I am writing this to help the next guy. A slab check would have taken a minute and this is why it was so grievious to me."
