After watching several videos on YouTube, I convinced myself that I could expand my patio using paver stones. I bought all the materials but realized that my ambition was larger than my skills. I received a couple of job inquiries where they were more interested in up selling me and not using what I had purchased. However, when I got a response from Marmolejo Brick and Stone Services, Christopher assured me that he would be happy to give me a reasonable price to do the job. He came the next day after contact, looked over the area as well as assessed the materials I already had. He gave me a very reasonable quote and stated there was only one thing I was missing. On the day of installation he arrived fifteen minutes earlier than promised and immediately started. He was meticulous in his installation and respectful of my property as he worked. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
