"Kathy was very nice on the phone. The scheduling seemed pretty simple and the quote I was given was very reasonable. She told me she would have a quote for me that night. I waited 2 days and had to text her back to get the quote. They sent a guy out the first morning and he did arrive on time. However, he did not stay long and all he did was cut my natural gas pipe. He did not fix the issue and actually made it worse. I called Kathy twice that day and she did not answer or call me back all day. I then texted her later that day with my concerns and she finally called me back. She told me what the issue was and assured me the plumber would be back first thing this morning. No one showed up today. I contacted her again today to ask her to cancel any and all service to my house because this is unacceptable. She still has not responded to this point."

John, our installer, ran into a few issues with the design as we pulled things off the walls, due to the age of our home and few things hidden in the walls. He was quick to come up with solutions that worked and look beautiful. David and his crew did an amazing job refinishing the floors and matching new floors to old. Tony and Johnathan worked on fireplace, back splash, new window and inclosing the door. Both gentlemen were timely, worked tirelessly, and came up with suggestions to make our home look even more beautiful. "BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
