I want popcorn removed so smooth ceiling is present .Popcorn flicks off when rubbed with fingernail so I dont think ceiling has ever been painted over. You will need to provide proof of insurance coverage to be hired. Most furniture/wall decor will be removed by us. I can text pics if needed for quote...... thankyou
