I am a one-man shop trying to put together beautiful and useful works of art with wood so that someone might enjoy them in their home.
"STL Woodworking did a stellar job with my special order for a one-of-a-kind river wood table. I described what I had in mind in terms of wood, colors, and size, and the owner (Greg) crafted the most beautiful table made out of a beautiful piece of macacauba wood and paired with a gorgeous epoxy color and a perfect set of black metal table legs. Greg completed the project on schedule and delivered the piece himself. The table is stunning, so I rearranged my furniture to make it a centerpiece in my sitting area, and I use it daily as my desk working from home. It is truly a piece of functional art. I am so glad I went with STL Woodworking for this project."

I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. As a homeowner needing to get things done that I do not have time to do, I tried to hire people to do the work for me. If I contacted companies, they did not answer the phone and if you left a message they did not call back. The technician comes out, accesses the work and pricing is given on site. If pricing is accepted, the technician will perform the work immediately. "Poorly. Old Castle exceeded the one month estimate and completion took 3 1/2 months. They exhibited poor communication skills, were unresponsive and careless, significantly damaging our existing bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and failed to cover our outdoor terrace, left caked up cement and adhesives on the surface which therefor needs repair/repainting. We eventually agreed a resolution with them but they did not do any of the agreed repairs to our vanities. We have never posted a negative review on social media but strongly recommend that you select a different contractor."
