The price was reasonable and affordable, it’s better than other deals I’ve seen. Their service goes beyond five-stars. If there was a higher option, I would give it ten-stars! The finished product looked, Clean, Beautiful, and they really put a lot of effort into my backyard. Now when I glance at my backyard, it looked much better than before. If you do use Design First, please learn from our mistakes in dealing with them and insist upon a firm completion date with a penalty per day for missing it. Several of their competitors offer this, and in our naivete we did not request a penalty for missing the completion date. We had a signed change order with a guaranteed 12/25/23 completion date, that they missed by several months. When we brought this up in discussions with them, they were dismissive and stated no penalty so nothing we can do."
