This was our second time hiring him (the other job was a ceramic tile floor in a very un-square 1885 house where he worked magic) This time he took out the carpet and installed beautiful hardwood floors in our living room & master bedroom. A year later and the floors still look new; they transformed the two rooms he did. Plus he had wood left over and floored a walk-in closet at no cost! Kurt is very easy to work with, as well. Very satisfied!"

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
