Things ended up being more serious than I originally anticipated and they were able to give best case/worst case advice while explaining exactly what was going on. Much of the work was done while I was at work and they kept me consistently up to date with pictures and videos of the progress. "Kitchen sink was clogged as some dummy put eggshells in the disposal. I was connected to Rust Belt and they came the same day. They replaced some of the pvc piping underneath the sink in addition to clearing the blockage. They cleaned up afterwards. Price was reasonable, especially under the circumstances."
